The Department of Medical Pharmacology at Koç University School of Medicine invites applications and nominations for full-time assistant professor or associate professor faculty positions (Tenured/Tenure-track faculty) starting as early as Fall 2022. The Department of Medical Pharmacology consists of highly competent faculty members at national and international levels. The Department’s research fields cover fundamental and clinical pharmacological research, focus in mainly on
- Autonomic integration, inflammation, experimental disease models, 3R, bioethics, ethics committees, rational pharmacotherapy;
- Clinical pharmacology, pharmaco-epidemiological (observational) studies, pharmacovigilance, clinical trials (Phase 1-4);
- Molecular pharmacology, cancer biology, chemotherapy resistance in cancer, systems pharmacology.
There are strong networks between the Department and research institutions, other public and private universities and university hospitals at national and international levels.
