Title: Assessing pharmacology knowledge in a programmatic assessment-based curriculum
At ErasmusMC, a new medical curriculum called ErasmusArts2030 had started in September 2024. In this spiral, case-based, and project-based curriculum, we use programmatic assessment to assess knowledge and skills. Pharmacology is one of the knowledge domains. Floor van Rosse will show the design of the pharmacology domain within this programmatic assessment plan.

Title: Testing knowledge of pharmacological concepts within the integrated medical curriculum: opportunities, problems and directions
The majority of medical schools have moved away from discipline-based curriculum to an integrated medical curriculum. For Pharmacology it means that the subject is taught alongside other preclinical subjects. What does it mean for student knowledge of the subject? During this talk, Rahul Pandit will discuss his experiences from the Medical Faculty of Utrecht, which will be followed by a discussion on the topic.
